Charleston Chinese Academy (CCA) offers Mandarin Chinese classes with a focus on Pinyin and Simplified Chinese characters. Our curriculum includes Chinese language classes for students from preschool through all school-age levels.
In addition to core language classes, CCA provides a wide range of enrichment programs, including:
- Cultural Arts: Kung Fu, Tai Chi, Chinese painting, calligraphy, traditional dance
- Academic Enrichment: International chess, Kangaroo Math (Grades 1–7), AMC8 Math, SAT/PSAT Math
- Language & Literacy: Cantonese, Pinyin reinforcement, English reading & writing, Chinese public speaking and hosting skills
- Adult Education: Adult English, Adult Chinese
- Music: Electronic keyboard (piano basics)
