CCA青少年领导力委员会的使命是团结查尔斯顿地区的华裔青少年以及对中华文化感兴趣的青年群体。我们通过组织社区服务和文化活动，培养青少年的领导力、组织能力、责任意识与团队合作精神。在各类项目中，青少年不仅是参与者，更是活动的策划者与执行者，从而提升沟通协调、团队管理和解决问题的能力。通过丰富多样的实践机会，我们致力于为本地青少年提供一个成长与锻炼的平台，增强文化认同感与自信心，帮助他们在服务社区的过程中逐步成长为具有领导力的青年人才。
The mission of the CCA Youth Leadership Council is to unite Chinese American youth and young people interested in Chinese culture in the Charleston area. Through community service and cultural programs, we aim to cultivate leadership, organizational skills, responsibility, and teamwork among youth. In various projects, students are not only participants but also planners and organizers, gaining hands-on experience in communication, coordination, team management, and problem-solving. By providing diverse and meaningful opportunities, we strive to create a supportive platform where local youth can grow, build confidence, strengthen cultural identity, and develop into future leaders through service to the community.
